We Always Have One Thing In Mind: Growers

We have an intense need to perform at a higher level for our growers and owners, from Field to Sales. By performing profitably for our growers we have been a strong entity throughout our entire system and in the market place for years. However, keeping the status quo wasn’t enough for us; we wanted to do even better. So we created an alignment process that identifies all of our customers internal and external, Growers, Field, Packing, Quality Control, Accounting, Shipping, Sales, Trucking, and Retail. This process makes us aware of the results needed by one entity and how they are closely tied to the performance of another. This interrelationship between departments and customers is what makes our alignment so important and rewarding. We all depend on one another and are held accountable in the end, by you, our growers.
